Customer privacy

The shop records your name and optional contact details to identify your visits, provide grooming services, issue receipts and maintain customer history. Optional preferences help staff tailor your service.

Administrators can access shop records. Barbers receive limited customer identity details and access to their own service interactions. Payment records store amounts and methods, never card numbers.

Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately. This application sends no marketing messages. Ask the shop manager to review or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, or discuss deletion and necessary record retention.

The shop manager is your contact for privacy questions and details of the shop’s retention and hosting arrangements.
